The NVC5000 - Next Voice Carrier Series Media Server is the most powerful and versatile member of the Pragya Technologies Media Server family, capable of simultaneous operations in traditional TDM and AIN networks and the most advanced VoIP networks as well as in hybrid network environments.

The NVC5000 is a 11U, rack-mount, eighteen slots built around the PICMG 2.16 V1.0 Packet Switching Backplane specification. The system features a transversely mounted backplane that accepts 6U cards at the front and rear. The backplane includes a PCI bus, an H.110 bus, and dual Ethernet. The NVC5000 is built to the highest level of reliability, delivering 99.999% availability, utilizing redundant hotswappable components, and an operational N+K redundant systems architecture the platform can achieve zero downtime.

In just an economical 11U package, holds up to 120 E1s / T1s. The NVC5000 is built to open, industry architecture standards, on a next generation architecture and an industry standard switching bus.
